Shipping & Returns


General Shipping Information
Products are usually shipped using the US Postal Service. Orders are processed and shipped on normal business days, Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within two business days, but an order could be delayed if we need to contact you regarding questions about your payment method or choice of delivery address.

Shipping charges are based upon an estimated final shipping weight for the products you select. This includes the estimated combined weight for products, shipping cartons and packaging materials. The shipping charge may also include the cost for US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation fees.

The estimated days required to ship an order to your location comes from the US Postal Service and UPS. These are not our estimates and we have no control over them. During holiday shipping seasons the estimated shipping days with the US Postal Service is frequently inaccurate. It can take 2 to 5 days in addition to the USPS estimate. Please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping method.

All orders shipped to addresses in Arizona are subject to an 9.05% sales tax.

At this time we only accept orders from USA customers and will only ship orders to the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS Shipping
We are currently testing United Parcel Service ground shipping services. UPS shipping fees are typically higher than the US Postal Service, but UPS includes $100 of insurance and they are pretty good at tracking shipments and predicting delivery dates. If an accurate delivery date and insurance is important to you, you may want to choose this option for shipping.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We do support our troops overseas and do ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Proper APO/FPO addresses are USA domestic addresses that are forwarded to our service men and women. We do not ship directly to overseas locations. You only pay for domestic postage when shipping items to an APO/FPO address. However, you will need a proper APO/FPO mailing address to send packages to military personnel stationed outside of the USA.

Please follow these instructions for APO/FPO shipments.

You must have a full name for a specific service member. A grade/rank/rating is recommended, but not required.

Use the address line for the service member's Unit and APO/FPO postal address.

Enter APO or FPO for the City.

Select the proper Armed Forces location (AA, AE or AP) for the state.

Enter the proper APO/FPO zip code.

A properly formatted APO/FPO address will look like one the following examples:

You must use the US Postal Service for APO/FPO shipping. Select Priority Mail for the shipping method. It can take up to 8 weeks for APO/FPO packages to be delivered if you use Parcel Post. Priority Mail is typically shipped by air and is quicker and more reliable.


Free Shipping Offers
One of the specials that we sometimes run is an offer to ship products at no charge to you if you meet a certain threshold for product orders combined into a single order. The Sub-Total for products added to the Shopping Cart must exceed the threshold amount. The shipping cost is not and cannot be used to reach the threshold for free shipping.

If we currently have a Free Shipping Offer, a message will be displayed in the Current Special Deal section in the left column. If you are already a customer, you may receive a coupon code that you must enter during Step 2 of 3 in the Checkout process in order to receive free shipping with your order. For Free Shipping Offers, the choice of shipping method is at our discretion.


Product Return Policy
All products sold by GadgetHQ.com are covered by a 30-day return policy, unless otherwise noted in the product description. If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchase from us, you may return it for a full refund of the price you paid for the product provided that the following conditions are met.
  • All products must be returned in new/sellable condition in protective packaging and complete with the original product package, manuals, documentation and accessories. We will not accept returns for products that have been misused or physically damaged.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by GadgetHQ.com must be included with the returned product. You can send a request for an RMA number at our Return Authorization Request page. An RMA number must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date we shipped your order. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date we issue it to you. The returned product must be delivered to our return location within the 14 day period.

  • All returns must be shipped with freight pre-paid to our product return address. We do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake and shipped the wrong product to you. If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, we will refund the one-way cost of ground or parcel post shipping along with the product refund.

  • If you paid for your order using PayPal, we will refund the price of the product to your PayPal account. If you paid for your order using a credit card, the refund will be applied to the credit card used when placing the order.

Beyond the 30 day return period, all claims for warranty services, replacement or repair must be placed with the product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with most products.
