If I am not satisfied with a product, can I return it?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchase from us, you have 30 days from the date we shipped the products to request an RMA number at our Return Authorization Request page. You then have 14 days to return the product to us for a replacement or a refund.


Is it safe to use my credit card on GadgetHQ.com?
You can shop at GadgetHQ.com with confidence. We only use trusted transaction processing companies for processing payments.

We have partnered with PayPal to offer safe and secure credit card transactions. PayPal processes transactions for most major credit cards. You have the choice of using your credit card or transferring funds from a PayPal account. When using PayPal, a merchant never sees your credit card number or security code. You do not need to open a PayPal account to use a credit card with PayPal.

Will you sell or give away my personal information?
We have a very strict privacy policy. Your privacy is very important to us and we do not treat this issue lightly. We do not share or sell your personal information. Your personal information is used solely to process orders and to allow us to communicate with you.


How accurate are the shipping estimates?
Shipping estimates for your packages come directly from United parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS). These are not our estimates. UPS shipping estimates are very accurate. They will usually send you an e-mail with an expected delivery date. US Postal Service estimates are based upon "business days", so a delivery estimate of 7 to 10 days for Parcel Post can mean up to approximately two weeks. Post Office delivery times from Arizona to east coast states can take more than two weeks during busy holiday seasons.
  • If you want an accurate delivery estimate, reliable delivery dates and insurance, choose UPS. Insurance is included with UPS.
  • If you want lower cost shipping, choose the US Postal Service. Insurance is not included with US Postal Service shipments.

Is tracking information provided for shipments?
Yes, tracking information is sent via e-mail after every order is shipped. United Parcel Service (UPS) provides very accurate shipping estimates and tracking information. The US Postal Service (USPS) sometimes provides tracking information through their web site. Technically speaking, the US Postal Service offers Delivery Confirmation, which means they sometimes do not scan a package until it is delivered. This means that their web site information is frequently not accurate or up-to-date. With USPS Priority Mail, the package frequently arrives before they update their web site. If you want accurate shipping information, choose a UPS shipping method.


Do you ship to locations outside of the USA?
We do not currently ship to any locations outside of the 50 USA states.


Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
Yes. A valid APO/FPO address is a domestic USA address. We ship to that location and you only pay for shipping to a USA address. From there is it forwarded to the proper military location. See our shipping information page for instructions for using APO/FPO addresses.


Do you notify customers when there is a backorder?
Under normal circumstances, you cannot place an order for a something that is not currently in stock. Our ordering system does normally not allow it. If a backorder is accidentally placed and an item is not in stock, we will notify you with the expected ship date and will and give you the option of cancelling the order, if you wish to do so.


Are you a drop-shipping company?
No. We stock and ship the products that we sell. There may be situations when our inventory is low, or it is easier to ship a product directly from the manufacturer, so there may be times when some products are shipped to you from another location.


Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Our only nexus (physical location) is in Arizona. We therefore must charge 9.05% sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona addresses. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to other states.


Are products and prices reserved when I place items in the Shopping Cart?
If you are logged into your account, you can store product selections in your Shopping Cart. However, the items are not reserved or held for you, nor are the prices set when you add items to the cart. You must use the Checkout process and place an order for the items to be reserved for you. Prices in the Shopping Cart reflect current prices for products.


What about warranties on the products you sell?
We have a 30 day return policy on the products you purchase from us. Most manufacturers offer warranties that cover their products against defects that may occur beyond 30 days. Warranty information is included with many products. If you need to file a warranty claim with a manufacturer and you do not find the information included with the product, just contact us and we will let you know if the product carries a manufacturer's warranty. If it does we will provide the instructions for filing a claim.
